With my years of experience in this industry, I have the knowledge and experience to walk uneasy borrowers, signers, witnesses and recipients through their documents for a smooth and pleasant signing experience. I continuously educate myself to assure you great service.
Since my expertise is relied on by everyone involved I maintain above reproach with professional conduct, promptness, paying very close attention to detail as I witness, authenticate and follow through with your documents. I have very flexible availability including, but not limited to evenings and holidays! For your convenience I operate before hours, lunch- time, meetings, and after hours and suggested locations to suit your needs. The meeting place is your call.
In addition, I travel with all necessary equipment which allows me to e-mail, scan, copy, and print documents from the signing table in the event of emergency last minute changes. I guarantee you a complete and rewarding experience!
Granted this is my primary career, weekends are also negotiable! With pride, I place full effort in making sure I am at your service. Please keep in mind that I have the same fee up to a 30- mile radius, and there are no additional charges for the amount of sheets being signed and/or notarized, e-docs, copies as well as no fax charges!
